Shana listened closely to us to gain a full picture of what we were looking for financially and aesthetically. She understood what we wanted and delivered on what we needed. Each home we have purchased with her was different and each time she was so fun to work with. She went above and beyond what we expect in an agent - she was working f...or us while she was on vacation, she was answering late night e-mails and always sending us new properties to consider. Shana has a deep knowledge of the Boise market, a patient ear, a kind heart and has earned our complete trust. She bought a home for us in Boise when we were living outside of the country! Shana has connected us to vendors and services we've continued to use - her knowledge doesn't stop with real estate. We're so thankful to know her. Every day when I see my kids playing in our yard, when I'm cooking in my beautiful kitchen, when the lilacs bloom or when we're snuggled up in the family room watching a movie I thank Shana because we never would have found this house on our own in this crazy Boise market.
