Robert is extremely knowledgeable and very customer orientated. He managed my mortgage in a very professional manner. Robert is the best of the best in the Tacoma area. As new homeowners, he explained everything in detail on how the process would work. He is an expert in the field and answered every question that we had plus more. Sometimes one of the hardest things is getting in touch with individuals but Robert was on top of everything. He effectively communicated with us through both phone and email with rapid response times. He is amazing and it was a fantastic first home buying experience.
