Kara is great at keeping you in the loop and making sure that you understand what is happening at every step in the process. We had multiple issues arise with our buyers and Kara was on top if it and was willing to do whatever necessary to get the loans closed. If you are looking to purchase or sell, you cannot do better than her!

She always has your best interest in mind and will always have your back if you need it. This was our first time buying a house and she helped us a ton, even after the papers were signed. I would highly recommend her!

We must have looked at dozens of houses before we found the one for me, and I always felt like Kara was in my corner, working hard to find just the right place. She was great at working around my schedule and at explaining the whole process to me in a way that made it very easy to understand. Overall a very positive experience from start to finish and I would recommend her highly to anyone.
