Phil and Jo Yribar have represented me in two complex real estate transactions. Both closed on time and without a glitch. Their knowledge and professionalism is far above those of their competitors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the McCall area.
Bought our first cabin from Phil 2yrs ago in McCall and was very happy with the ease of the transition. Phil and JoEllen are locals of McCall and provided great insight on things we really didn't know about and all the utilities, local vendors, etc. We are actually getting ready to buy another place in McCall and sell our current home and have already began working with Phil again. Very happy with the wealth of knowledgeable he provides.
We have purchased several homes from Joe and Phil they are specialists in their field of employment. If you want professional Realtors their team is it. Phil and Joe take the time to answer all your questions and make you feel valued as a client. We refer all our friends and family to them when it's time to find a home. Their years of experience shows through in their ability to find the right home or property for your family.
I’ve engaged in numerous transactions selling, purchasing and renting properties over the past 25 years. My most recent transaction with Phil Yribar as my selling agent was by far the worst experience that I’ve ever encountered. Phil Yribar of McCall Real Estate is forgetful, uncomfortable with current technology and loses his composure very easily. Bottom line, he treated me and my wife unprofessionally from the very beginning. I DO NOT recommend Phil Yribar and I encourage you to go elsewhere for your real estate needs.
